I was even more pumped for this program given that I had the opportunity to participate in the first ever live LIIFT4 workouts with Joel in Indianapolis at the exclusive Coach Summit sessions! Great guy to hang out with as well. There is also an optional “cheat day”, alternative Vegan nutrition plan as well as stretch and foam rolling recovery routines! No opportunity for boredom because you’ll do 32 UNIQUE workouts for the program in real time with Joel and the cast-never doing the same workout twice. Every workout is 30–40 minutes and ends with a quick core routine. You work out JUST 4 days a week with 3 strategically chosen recovery days that allow you to recharge and build muscle while living your life such as running, biking, swimming and hiking to supplement your workouts.
